1950 WEST COMPLETE - PIPELINE WORK SUSPENDED

Work to install the sewer pipeline is now complete along 1950 West up to 3800 South. Crews will suspend their work on the sewer pipeline through the winter, but they will return to resume and complete the project along 3800 South and Redwood Road sometime in the Spring (2026). Construction continues within the old drive-in property for the new EDGEhomes project.

 

EXPECTED IMPACTS

• Heavy construction equipment traffic in the area.

• NO street parking along 1950 West within the active construction zones.

• The contractor will maintain access to businesses, residences, and connecting roads as much as possible; however, temporary interruptions may be necessary.

• Businesses/residents nearby will likely experience some noise, dust, and vibrations.
